- Provincial Permits Approved

- Hydraulic Studies Approved

- The State Resolution of complaint use for development  including previous visa granted by resolution NRO 05.028/14 and the Authorisation of beginning of works according to the timetable presented to the municipality of Roldan approved by decree and resolution NRO 05.114/15.

Internal Roads are under construction and services to site include electricity and fibre optic cable. Services of scale and to each plot are also underway.

La Ilusion Polo and Lake Plots can now be reserved for a deposit subject to approval of applicant.
